When I think of a summer meal in Italy, I think caprese salad of course! For this we reinvented a classic savory martini and gave it all of the elements in a caprese salad! Think fresh tomato, balsamic, lemon, basil, and of course the mozzarella. This martini was guaranteed to shock the guests.
