Isabella, affectionately known as “Izzy,” has been a bartender for over eight years. She has worked in nearly every corner of the industry, ultimately discovering her passion for luxury hospitality. During her time with one of the world’s most prestigious five-star resort brands, she mastered the art of elevated service—crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering top-tier customer care, and embodying the true spirit of hospitality.
What came naturally to Izzy was the extra effort it takes to create memorable guest experiences. After being repeatedly invited to bartend private events, she realized her talents were being underutilized at typical party bars. Anyone can pour a drink—but not everyone can deliver a luxury experience in a personal setting.
This insight sparked the creation of Bizzy Bar & Co. and she knew Bianca was the person for the job. Izzy believes that with a little extra investment and a lot of heart, you can transform a gathering into an unforgettable event—one your guests will remember for years to come.

Bianca has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. Through the years she discovered her love and passion for connecting with people and helping to curate memorable experiences with them. She’s a self-taught mixologist. She found her enthusiasm for curating such out-of-the-ordinary cocktails and they are sure to create that “wow” factor. Bianca helped found Bizzy Bar & Co. with Isabella to bring a stylish, personalized touch to any event. Her warm energy creates a welcoming environment for anyone to join and her attention to detail brings an elevation to every event she touches.
Whether she’s behind the bar or helping set the vibe, Bianca brings creativity, intention and a genuine love for celebration to every experience. Bizzy Bar & Co. is more than just a bar, it’s an extension of the joy and passion she pours into everything she does.

While we expand our brand, we have this beautiful bar as an option for our clients. We will decorate it to fit your theme as best we can, if you need something fully different we can talk about rental options. One day Bizzy Bar & Co. will have multiple bars to choose from. Until then we carefully designed a bar that could fit in anywhere!
